week 6

Week 6 is a Craziest week, Weird week and Hilarious week. WHY?
Because something happen in our office. Something that three of us dont expected it to happen. HAHA..
I laughed so hard when that things happen till i cry because of it. It was stupid. But i cant stand it. Haihhh. chuck chuck... can u be more hilarious? HAHAHAHA. RAMA-RAMA..?

week 5

Five week! seems for us like 5 month all of us has been work here. PRESSURE.... WORK... WORKK.. AND WORRKK..!!

This week wont be any different like the previous week as the work getting more harder. We have to do things that we are not familiar with. Such as, being a technician and do a technical stuff.
But the more things we have to do. the more things we will learn.

As for this week task;

• we have to design a certificate for ILSAS.
• present the "Nuclear" design
• design a banner for Ministry Of Finance
• Set up the PA system for Ministry of Finance dinner
• Learn technical stuff

week 4

Week 4 is all about designing a poster for "Kolokium Tenaga Nuklear TNB"..
The first day of the week our head of unit had a meeting with the three of us. Where we were been briefing about the nuclear power that TNB trying to developed. Because of that the three of us need to design a poster using a theme "nuclear - green, clean and safe"


We also have been assign to do a flayer for microsoft office 2007 beginners. The target for this flayers is to give to all the staff that are interested to join the 3 day courses.

week 3

As usual every week our supervisor gives us new task. LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE IN A SHORT TIME. Haaaiiihh~
For this week our company will organize a "Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC)" for their employee.. So basically, this week our work is more towards preparing for the event. Where we have to do 4 task;

1. Designing a poster/banner for APC
2. Designing the certificate for APC
3. Do a montage for the opening of APC event
4. Re-touch up the slide prsentation for APC

1. Designing a poster/banner for APC
- we have to design a banner for the event using our creativity. Designing the banner is not that tough because the three of us are familiar with designing a poster back in Uniten. So when designing for our company we just use adobe photoshop and start doing it.

2. Designing the certificate for APC
- for the cerfiticate our supervisor told us to use the background same with the background we use for the banner.

3.Do a montage for the opening of APC event
- for this task. is a bit tough because we have to use unfimiliar software which is Ulead Video Studio 11.

4.Re-touch up the slide prsentation for APC
- we have edit the slide by put the background for the banner in the slide

week 2

2nd week as a worker still give us an awkward feeling. Maybe because this is the first time the three of us enter the working environment. But the three of us have to throw the that feeling as more work for us;

• design a brochure for "GE Power System and Energy Courses"
• Become a facilitator for PPK orientation.

- becoming a facilitator it has taught as a lot of knowledge, mostly in how to handle people that are more older than us
- to be friend with them in spite of different background

Fresh start

Our first day at TNB Integrated Learning Solution (ILSAS) started on Monday, April 5,2010. The reason why the three of us choose ILSAS is because of their excelent achieviement in private company and their friendly environment. In additon, the location of the company is near to our resident which is in Kajang.

1st week

• Our first day we reached there at 8.30am and we were told to wait by the admin officer to be assigned to our department (Jabatan Penyelidikan & Pembangunan Latihan). We also have been briefing about some of the rule and etiquette that we must follow. The admin officer take us in a tour around the company as she told us what each buliding is for and the department.
• Through out the whole week we have been learning/introduce about the new software such as Microsoft Share point. This software is using by our company to help in developed their intranet portal.

• Some Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS) several major components:

- An underlying framework including an object model, persistent storage of content and configuration in SQL server databases, and ASP.NET controls for presenting the content

- A management web site for managing a "web farm" consisting of one or more servers hosting one or more web sites

- Built in template sites and pages that can be used to quickly create your own sites and add pages and libraries to existing sites

- Site editing web controls that allow you to edit the structure of your web site, modify the layout and contents of individual pages, create new workspaces and lists, and edit the schema of existing objects
- An indexer that crawls content databases indexing their contents for fast searching

- A collection of additional template sites and pages, including additional logic in code, known as "Application Templates"

- A configuration wizard that helps you get an initial site set up within minutes
